TIKO Marketing Associated With Biramint Rip off, told about promotions, ripped off with payments Sydney New South Wales

I was reading through a report that was logged by a guy called 'james' who also worked for Biramint, who in this case was an owner and promoter of TIKO marketing whom in which i worked for.
Based in Orange in nsw TIKO marketing sounded like a great opporunity for me to not have to go to uni get a degree and do a marketing degree when i was told by this guy who was an owner that there is a promotion structure. In this case i thought, yeah stuff uni i'lll do this it looks ok and its going to be challenging...
I was also told that it was 'performance based' Now how many of you out there is going to think it was 'commision only' what kind of cover up is that??
I was living a distance away from orange and i was made to travel to surrounding areas, using my vehicle to take other employees around in which these people never had money because they had to pay back all the money that they had been borrowed for them to pay the people for the petrol to get to work..

The ad had sai $600 to $1000 a week. YAHOOO!! thats great money for my age, right?

I was told that 10% of money was taken out of m y pay and put into a seperate account to cover for any rejects and for any collateral damage to accumulate to $300. I thought this was fair enought but then told by another work mate that the boss was taking money out of our bonds to pay for his own expences and telling us that we had rejects. WE HAD BEEN NEVER SHOWN PROFE OF THESE!! so how do we know about these 'rejects'?

Calculated one week to earn about $600, $500 at the least while away on a trip that i moved to Sydney for the office here to get ehem 'promoted' faster; anyways i got payed $265, since when was $200 10%?

I had spent more that i was earning and paying for other people for me to cart them around in my car that i had to put tyers on, get services and make sure it was clean so people could travel in comfort.

When finaly getting promoted to team leader i went on the christmas break thinking about things like...wow 9 days im excited. it was sh**!!! Then working my arse off to make my boss happy and to be able to pay rent.
I have alot of people behind me on this
Working 10am till about 11pm at night, slave labour and tourcher especially when it was raining.
At the end people were just haning out, going shopping even going home to sleep and relax.
