Tikona Digital Networks Tikona Broadband not return my payment which paid as advance, its fraud company Kolkata Nationwide

Hi, I was a Tikona Broadband connection (ID-1110769822) from August 2015. The first 3 months their service was not bad. But after 3 months when I renew this service and paid in advance for next 3 months then their service really poor. They have lots of connection issue and not get internet connection properly. When called them then their customer service service too poor and uneducated executive. They not solved my problem and every times told me different story.

I have very bad experience with Tikona Broadband Service when I was using. After that I disconnected my internet connection and return their all devices that they installed. Their person gave me one receipt copy and date was 12.12.2014.

I was calling number of times to Tikona Customer Care and asked them when they will return my advance payment because I used their service 1 month and 10 days after that disconnect their service where I paid 3 months through cheque.

I have very very bad experience with Tikona customer care ( I called more than 20 times), they are really uneducated. and this company Trick with me and not return my remaining payment that  paid in advance. Their customer care excutive  told different story on different time and no one solve my problem and return my remaining payment. Where they must need to return 1 month and 20 days payment and amount approx Rs. 2230/-.

One of senior person from this company told that he handled my case and I am sure he also a fraud person. Because % months over and they not return my remaining payment which paid them as a advance.

I suggest to every person in India specially from Kolkata. Do not use Tikona Broadband, do not pay them if you are using Tikona Services. Tikona is a Fake company and fake internet service provider.

If you can use then they can be Trick with you. So, Do not use their service or stop to pay them in advance.
