Tim Strunk - Bulldog Fence Also ripped off by Tim Strunk DBA Bulldog Fence Londonderry New Hampshire

We also have been ripped off by Tim Strunk, AKA Bulldog Fence. We found their website on the Internet and contacted them. A Bulldog representative came to our home and we discussed with him the type of fence we wanted.

We received an email estimate from estimates@bulldogfence.com for $4,808.00
on 06/28/07. We mailed a deposit of $2404.00 to Bulldog Fence on 06/29/07. By Wednesday, 07/11/07 we received an email response from a Bulldog representative that confirmed that we were still scheduled to have our fence installed on the last week of July/1st week of August.

On Monday 08/06/07, Tim Strunk told me by phone that the fence would be installed on Wednesday., 8/8/07. I arranged to stay home from work that day to meet with the Bulldog crew. On Tuesday, 08/07/08, I had a voicemail on my machine at home that the fence would not be installed on 08/08/07 & that I should not wait for BullDog to arrive at 8:00AM on 08/08/07.

On Wednesday morning, 08/08/07, Tim Strunk told me by phone that the work crew supervisor had called in sick the day before.

On Sunday, 08/12/07, Tim Strunk stopped by our house at 9:00 AM to double check measurements for the fence. Tim told me we were 2nd on his list and that the fence would be installed that week.

On Tuesday, 08/14/07, I left a voicemail message for Tim. I called back about an hour later and spoke to Kerry, a secretary I believe, about a installation date; she said she would call back. She did not. On Wednesday, I again called Bulldog and again spoke to Kerry about a installation date; she said she would call back. She did not.

Many phone calls later, my wife and I gave up hope of ever getting a truthful response from Tim Strunk and of having a fence installed by Bulldog so we requested a refund of our on Thursday, 08//23/08.

Of course we never got our refund returned. We also registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We also contacted the Attorney General's office in New
Hampshire and Massachusetts. We have also taken him to Small Claims Court in Derry, NH.

After informing Mr. Strunk that we would take him to court, we did receive a check for $300.00 from him as a partial payment of our deposit. We have never heard anything else from him and he still owes us $2100.00.

On March 24th, 2008, we received a Certificate of Service from the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office that Tim Strunk was was served with our Small Claims Notice.

We are waiting for our court date.
