We purchased their supposed top of the line leather sofas, to only find that although big in price, little in quality. We also purchased the warranty only to find they honor it, by leaving us w/ shoddy workmanship, from their "repairs".

I am outraged that even when going to Tim, the director, he too was rude and could care less of this obvious warranty/repair issue. Even when informed that after the numerous "repairs" have been made, the seam still separated, leaving a larger hole each time. These repairs were only further damaging and weakening that area, not correcting it. [continued below]....


To add to this frustrating inconvenience, they then took the sofa to their warehouse for final repair and somehow deliver it back to me untouched! Tim's words, "it's been repaired to factory standards." So your factory standard is delivering an untouched sofa. After refusing this delivery, they agree to take it back and decide its best to sew this fragile spot and add some of their own artwork, a pen mark! Yes, they tried to deliver this plastic packaged sofa again, only now w/ a pen mark. Pathetic! How does that even happen?

Bottom line, we bought what they said is the best, and their warranty. With the thought we'd be set for quite sometime w/ beautiful, quality leather sofas. Instead, they barely lasted 2 years before starting to tear down. So much for us having them for the 15 years (+) they promised when buying them. Very sad, shame on them!!!! I would not recommend The Room Store of AZ to my worst enemy.

As for a tip, spend less and get more, but only if NOT buying at The Room Store.
