After doing graphic and web design work for Tim Viaja and Zinc last fall, Tim has not paid me over $3,000 he owes me for services rendered. He is also in debt with other vendors and is essentially doing the vendor-hopping game. He uses a vendor, tells them they did great work, gets the files, moves to another vendor, bad mouths the old vendor and the cycle goes on. I invoiced him for my work November 9, 2008.
