Timber Ridge Custom Homes Houston Michael Maldonado, Kirby Construction, U-build It Stole $6400.00 Wrote Hot Check Houston Texas

Michael Maldonado of Timber Ridge Custom Homes Houston Texas is my builder of record with the bank. I paid him a flat fee for this service. I do not need him for any construction work whatsoever. 

Michael Maldonado and Timber Ridge Custom Homes only duty is to sign off on draw request with bank and transfer money to my account. 

The first draw from the bank was funded to Michael and his company. I paid interest on the money for almost two weeks before he finally transfered money to my account. This happened on the next draw as well but only took a week because of all my phone calls. The next draw took a week and half and was short $6400.00. After a month of calling with no response. I drove to his office. He wrote me a check and it bounced over the building. Several calls with no response went back to his office and told me he would have a cashiers check two days later on Friday. No Check no call. 

The bank has change its proceedure due to my complaints. Michael now signs draw request and transfer order at same time. The bank does not trust him either.

He has told me several times he is not broke. This tells me he is making a decision not to pay me. I reported his NSF check to the Attorney General. I have been told its a felony and could get ten years.

In conclusion I am paying interest on $6400.00 that is supposed to be used for building my house. Michael Maldonado has stolen money and can not be trusted to do what he was contracted for. I hope and pray that something can be done so no one else gets robbed.
