Never ever rent from Timbercreek Asset Management. They are awful landlords. Do your homework and research them. Theyquill lie and tell you they care and post some stupid response about please call our customeservice Dept. They DO NOTHING and when youchile a complaint they have their lawyer try to evict you in Landlord and Tenant Board for standing up for yourself.
Bed bugs in buildings 274,276 and 278 cedarave. Superintendant Brenda Love and her son Codi lie and say they have no known cases. Check the bedbug registry. They are reported on thee. Units full of mold and other health issues. Many many tenants moving out because of health issues after living there.
Previous tenant mobbed out and has taken them to court and filed lawsuit. They tried to evict her and she stood up to them and won. I am now fillawsuits suit and moving out at end of Month. Full of drug dealers. Superintendant do drugs and let tenants they like do as the widths and lie lie lie.
Never ever rent from Timbercreek..... All of their buildings have the same issues. They say renovated. Lol painted over mold and water damage. Ceilings crumbling and walls. City just fined them for major structural and other violatiins under the Bi law.
If you value your health do not live in any of their buildings.
