TIME CAPSULE STORAGE TCS THIS COMPANY HAD US MOVE A FEW TRUCK LOADS OF FREIGHT AND THEN DECIDED NOT TO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE. TCS WAS SUED BY MEGATRUX AND LOST IN SMALL CLAIMS. SANTA CLARITA, California

Time Capsule Storage ( Ron Anderson and Scott Shindelus) had Megatrux move 5 truck loads of freight from San Jose, CA to Santa Clarita, CA. They paid in full for one of those loads and then decided they didnt want to pay for the remaining invoices. Megatrux then took TCS to court where Megatrux was adwarded judgement in small claims court. TCS still refuses to pay thier balance due which is approx $3,000.00.
