Time Warner Cable of Keene NH--The worst cFable company EVER. Why? Let me count the ways...

(1) The highest prices I have ever seen. $100+ for about 100 channels. 53 channels (NON-DIGITAL) for $37/mo. Too high. Not enough channels. They suck.

(2) BAD selection of channels. They dont even have the E channel. They never add new channels. Regular cable channels like Cartoon Network etc COST EXTRA, where in most towns they are included as basic. They suck.

(3) They spend a fortune installing fiber optic lines all over town hyping it up and saying that the inconvenience will be worth it because they will offer lots of new channels (lie--this never happenned), digital services (only available for extra money, an unrealistic amount of money for most people, most cable companies that have digital offer it as standard), and broadband internet access, WHICH THEY STILL DONT OFFER AFTER 2 YEARS OF HAVING THE OPTICAL CABLE IN PLACE.

Calls to the trained and helpful staff result in audible shoulder shrugging. They dont know why they dont offer internet yet. Big college town and all, maybe they dont think there is a demand for it. They suck.

(4) NO public access channel. Even though the FCC mandates it, and it is ILLEGAL not to offer it, TWC says screw you Keene, you hicks dont need public access, and makes none available. They suck.

Why bother? These guys suck, and they are smug about it because they are the only game in town...or so they THINK Oh yeah? Well SCREW YOU Time Warner cable. I would rather pay for a dish and pay MORE MONEY to another company just to get some half-decent customer service. So I can get the channels I WANT, not what you want to give me. AND I WILL GO TO ANY LENGTH, EVEN IF IT MEANS PAYING FOR A FREAKING T1 LINE, TO GET HIGHSPEED INTERNET.

Just because YOU arent interested in joining the rest of us here in the 21st century doesnt mean Im going to sit around waiting for you BOZO a*s CLOWNS to get your act together.

At this point, I am so disgusted by your lack of services AND service that I will never patronize you no matter what you do. I will SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE AND ACTIVELY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE IN KEENE I KNOW TO DO THE SAME. You suck.
