Time Warner Cable April 25, 2014 my two large dogs contained in my rear yard were barking with an alert of a stranger. I asked the 275 lb man why he was in my rear yard, he sarcastically responded that he was with Time Warner Cable, and has easement rights. I said I don't care if you are God, you are trespassing, and you should have knocked on my door, and asked or notified me before entering my property. He indicated he didn't need to do that. My two large dogs start jumping on him because they could tell he was not welcome and it is their job to protect their property, and the trespasser disregarded the two signs on both sides of my yard before entering: Beware of Dog! He then starting hitting my dogs with his arms, again 275 lb man. I called my dogs into my home. He came from my neighbor on right, and proceeded thru my yard into my neighbors yard on left, and found a cable box, which he threw the lid off of it about 10 ft displaying his anger. I called Time Warner Cable and reported to a supervisor, she apologized, agreed with me and filed a complaint to the employees supervisor. She also indicated that employees are trained to ask and notify before entering property, to be respectful, etc. I saw him leave shortly before I left my home for the evening. I asked that his supervisor to call me, I have not received a call and it has been 5 days. The next am I noticed an orange line running on my left side of the house from the cable box across the rear of my property up the right side of the property to the neighbors home. I called Time Warner Cable this am, three days later, to ask what is this line, why is it on my property, why was I not notified, what is the status and plan for the line, and the supervisor I spoke to this am was rude as well, indicated employees have rights to enter my property at anytime, have rights to defend themselves against my dogs, have rights to leave cords on my property without notice or information, etc. So which is it, which supervisor was correct, and what are my rights?  ANY workman has a easement if by definition the product or services are located on your property and they are there to do work on that product or service. What YOU need to hope for is that the workman who YOU sicced YOUR dogs on doesnt SUE YOU. And they DO have that right. Go ahead and get your gun Annie, the guy was doing his job and you "released the hounds" on him. Youre just lucky the workman didnt kill your dogs for making an aggressive move on him. Hate to say this but YOU control the dogs. By even letting them touch the workman who was ONLY doing his job, you have put yourself at risk. Your dogs are YOUR responsibility.

It gets ever worse for you. What you have done is SLANDEROUS!!! I may forward this post onto TW legal dept. You have admitted ONLINE that you released the dogs when the workman told you he was with TW cable. This means YOU intentionally released the dogs even though YOU were in ZERO danger. You can tell us he weighed 275lbs all you like. Unless the workman had a gun, TWO large dogs will do more damage to HIM then HE could do to them. So YOU INTENTINALLY PUT HIS LIFE AND BODILY INJURY ON THE LINE!!!!

I really hate females who pull this kind of crap. Odds are that the workman DID knock on the door but your two LARGE dogs were barking too much or YOU were too preoccupied. SO when this gentleman does his job, some psycho witch lets her dogs out in an attempt to cause this person injury. You sicken me. I hope those dogs go to a GOOD home. People like you shouldnt even be allowed to own a animal if you cant use it the right way. You were in NO DANGER yet you put another human beings life in danger because of YOUR PARANOIA.

I PRAY you get sued for what you have done. NONE of your rights were violated. YOU were not ripped off. YOU were in NO DANGER!! Yet you seem to have no problem putting OTHER PEOPLE in danger with YOUR dogs. The workman had EVERY RIGHT to go into YOUR YARD!! He didnt enter YOUR house. HE was doing as he is supposed to. YOU PUT HIM IN DANGER!!!!!

Then tyo add insult to the POTENTIAL INJURY your dogs could have caused, you then post YOUR LIES online. You admit that you sicced the dogs on him. You admit that YOU are going to get out your gun. Im thinking the best thing that can happen to you is for YOU to go right ahead and shoot some poor workman just doing his job. Plus you have admitted ALL OF THIS on a media outlet.So you have given them ALL of the proof they will need to SUE YOU!! YOU are NOT anonymous online. EVERYTHING you do is logged somehow somewhere. All it takes is a court order and they will have every bit of proof it was YOU that made this post.

You DO have the "right" to protect yourself, your property, and your dogs. Funny how NONE OF THOSE THINGS WERE IN ANY DANGER!!!! WHat are you protecting them from?? It was a workman doing his job not a serial killer looking to make you the next victim. From your own words this person was doing thier job. SO WHAT danger were YOU in?? Cant answer that one huh.
