I bought a 2001 pontiac grand am from the indiviuals 12/7/11 I drove the car to work for two days that's 14 miles to and from the second day 12/9/11 we noticed oil running out of the front of the car hood so we of course went looking for the problem as well as calling Tim about the problem he denied knowing of any problems repeatedly upon purchase and upon the first intial phone call reporting the problem the 3rd day I took the car in to be looked at only to find out that the oil holding tank had been cracked a large crack and it had recently been JB welded to stop it from leaking I called Tim and asked for help in getting it fixed
he addmitted to knowing it was there and he also agreed to help pay so I put the car in the shop paid 750.00 to get it fixed this is on top of the 2500.00 I paid Tim and Heather for the car and when I went to pick up the car I called and text him more then once and no reply I would really hate for this to happen to anyone else he makes you feel very comfortable by telling you he is a mechanic at Tinker Air Force base and he also claimed to have been driving the car over 100 miles a day which my mechanic says is impossiable with JB weld holding that big of a crack together... I hope his family enjoyed their Christmas at my family's expense my kids didn't get much because I had to spend my money fixing a car so I would have something to drive...

As I figured They did not pay off the court ordered amount they paid 308 of it and stopped sending payments so not only can they sell junk cars but they also are above the law they think they don't have to follow court orders. Do not buy anything from these people they will sell you junk then harass you and your family and your boss if they can... when you want them to pay off what they should of fixed right in the first place they are just plain bad individuals and not to be trusted for anything. Just a friendly word of warning to anyone thinking about trusting these individuals. Other then that I am Ok God blessed me with a brand new car and it didn't cost me a thing.. Unfortunately for the two of you Karma seems to be moving a lot faster these days....Next time things don't go quiet your way in the back of your mind your gonna think of me and that in its self is good enough for me ; )

After filing this report I decided to go ahead and take them to court to try to recover part of what i had lost I won the judgment against them and thought that would be the end of all of the harassment well it hasn't been I received a phone call yesterday from tim saying his work had called him in regarding this report I filed and he told me thanks a lot... A little while later his wife called threatening me and yelling at me when she was done she handed the phone to her husband tim who in return started calling me nasty names so i hung up then tim started texting me.. i returned his texts asking them more then one time to stop harassing me and they did not so I had to go to the police department and have an officer call them... they stopped for the night this morning he sent another text... You do not want to deal with these individuals they have continually played mind games, turned things around, and lied as well as harassed me and my family... They are not nice people and they do not think they should be held responsible for doing wrong to someone and they continually harass and bully their victim trying to get what they want including phone calls, emails, texts, and place of employment...
