Mr. Timothy Parr has refused to work for 4 years legally, since February of 2009. Last know job that he briefly worked at for a week in 2012 was a company called Titan in Westlake Village, CA. Currently still doing discovery to confirm if he legally worked there or under the table.   He has also been reported to work for a friend making money for insurance sales according to another individual under the table.  Mr. Timothy Parr has been receiving payments of cash that are not reported to the taxing authorities. Another one of Mr. Parrs excuses that he has reportedly told several different people was that he is not the father of this child based on what a former girlfriend had told him several times, one being during a violent argument at his Thousand Oaks home when police were called to the house. Mr. Parr had told them that his girlfriend had stated that the child was not his on several different occasions and on one occasion she took a beer bottle and broke it over his head during a poker game in front of his friends in the garage (which, for the first and only time he said, she wrote a sorry note) On another incident she had demanded that he pull over and started to scream to the child and him that the child was not his. (The child was 3 years old reported at the time). Whatever his insecurities were or false information that he was told, the California child support division has offered to do a paternity test (in the event that he has amnesia due to the bottle broken over his head) which Mr. Parr has full legal rights to. He refused to do paternity tests and did not accept his legal rights at that time. Mr. Parr can come forth at anytime and use his legal rights to prove all falsestatements wrong. 

This child is a living human being and this childs welfare should come first. If anyone is reading this, please have a moral obligation to meet this childs needs, not a 44 year old mans needs. Both mother and father have an obligation to protect their portion of their childs needs through insuring that they are clothed, fed, sheltered, have medical insurance and feel loved as Mr. Parr and yourself was felt loved and cared for by his or your own mother and father.  Again he owes $ 68,820.99 for his own child.
