Timothy J Currier Green Home Energy Systems LLC SCAM ARTIST/ CONTRACT FRAUD/ THEFT OF SERVICES!!! Derry, New Hampshire

I am writing this report, Because Timothy J Currier (GHES) and myself had signed a contract to perform duties such as installing DECRA metal  roofing systems, And he has breached that contract by not paying me my $5,000 upon completion.I did my first job for Timothy J Currier (GHES) in Concord NH and i was to remove the existing roof and re-plywood then reuse the DECRA shingles and re-roof the home, I finished the job on March 31st and was told i would be paid on the following Wednesday April 4th, However i was not, and i was told He got an "OUT OF STATE CHECK" So then he told me i would be paid no later than Friday April 6th, However i was not paid again, Then i got the excuse that the funds were not available, So i would be paid Monday April 9th, However i was not, then i got the excuse that the home owner gave him a check from the wrong account and it got sent back, and he had to get a new one so i will be paid no later than Thursday April 12th, Again i was not paid, So now i was heated and i called him pissed off and i was told he mailed my money Thursday night April 12th, and here i am on April 16th and i still haven't got my $5,000 that is owed to me, come to find out looking on this website i am not the only one he has burned and i am sure i won't be the last.....figured i would share my story in hopes of turning people away from this scam artist, who uses people for their services and keeps their money.
