Represented by Carol Lucas and Timothy James Lyons that they had in control an MTN for purchase and could be closed on a desk to desk basis. It was insisted that an FPA be executed first in order to get the seller desk information and provide it to the buyer. This was done in spite of some due dilligence on Mr Lyons to see that he had been reprimanded and actually fined by the SEC about 10 years ago.
It is our objective by filing this report that anyone that comes in contact with either Timothy James Lyons and Carol Lucas be aware that they have totally misrepresented themselves. Have been sent private sensitive information, and continue to attemp to sell securities without having the propler SEC license
