Timothy John Sisk is the father of three kids. He is supposed to pay 500 a month CS. The two younger kids were babies when this order went into effect. It is almost 6 years later and no modifications have been made in order to keep the kids out of the hostile court system (mom's idea only). These kids are now school aged kids. The oldest is perm. disabled with epilepsy and mental retardation. Expenses for this child continues to rise.
The AG of TX brought this case to court for a large amount of back CS owed. Father did not show. Jurisdiction was moved from Victoria TX to Houston TX. Upon knowledge of this court case, the father is working a temp agency to receive minimal income as proof that he is attempting to pay CS. The most recent check was 20 bucks!
Meanwhile this "father" is working underneath the "table" for much larger income. There is no way to get this enforced through the AG. But it is obvious that people are allowing him to work under the table and allowing him to do this to avoid CS. This report will hopefully be read by "employers" of said father. This activity will be tracked and justice will come to these kids sooner or later.
DO NOT FEED DEADBEAT DAD'S INCOME UNDER THE RADAR! IF THIS VIOLATION IS FOUND TO BE CORRECT, THE EMPLOYER WILL END UP IN TROUBLE.

Another dish on this deadbeat:
While visiting their dad in LA, my daughter had an earache. Mr Sisk took her to a local ER. (He is 100% responsible for uninsured expenses as said in decree). He put me, the mother, down as responsible party! I was billed almost 300 bucks. I contested this charge to the hospital (Sheridan) and they begun sending me the bill in my daughter's name and she is only 10! He refuses to pay that bill...and I am getting harassed about it.
