Timothy Trierny 305 443 7160 Refused to cover payroll Miami Florida

Timothy Trierney, an unlicensed contractor conducting business in South Florida, refused to pay final payroll owed on a job in Plantation Florida. He had no excuse other than his company "went out of business." This statement conveniently occurred a day before a scheduled pay date. The police were notified and a report has been filed with the Plantation Police Department. I never received the final amount owed. He refused to take my calls as well.

Trierney asked stupid questions regarding how to proceed with the painting of the exterior of a home. For example, he wondered how to paint the trim just below the edge of the roof and suggested someone climb to the roof and hang over the edge.

He employed an assistant who did just that, despite his assistant having a severed hand with only one working one left. His disabled assistant was a child no older than 16.

Trierney never showed up on time, and sometimes did not show up at all. He did not bring enough paint to the job site, and did not possess any painting equipment appropriate for said job.
