Roxanne Gailey was supposed to fix my roots, not make me cry. I have been told that it was overprocessed (turned to a shiny brassy orange) I have never seen this color on a human or any other living animal in my life.  She swiped my card before I had a chance to look at it and now wont fix it or answer my calls..  

Update, I bought a few supplies and my mother somewhat fixed the brass halo/slim shady mess that was my head...

Thank goodness as I am a school photographer and didnt want to scare the children..  I couldnt go to work looking like that and cant believe she took money for this... I even tipped her. 

I have before, after, and after the fix pictures to verify the obscene colors.

I have left messages for the owner but he hasnt returned my calls.  Thanks for the wonderful experience.  I promise to provide you with all the free advertising I can, on every social media site available to me until you do the right thing.
