Tiny Paws and Claws Deceived By Breeder! Houston, Texas

I contacted this breeder after she advertised "teacup Yorkies" on her site.  I was told that my puppy would be very small and asked her how big it would get.  She told me that it would be no more than 4 or 5 - very small.  I had just lost my son and wanted to purchase a small dog for myself and my grandson.  Paying her $1500, I thought and was assured that I was getting a teacup yorkie. 

Well, our dog started getting a little bigger as time went on and everyone would comment how big he was for a teacup.  His ears also do not stand.  He is no where near a teacup or very small dog as promised and advertised and I would never have paid that much for him had I thought otherwise. 

I contacted the owner who informed me that they do not guarantee size or do they give any type of refund.  This contradicts her posting to the previous complaint on this site. 

I would like a refund, this was false advertising and we did not receive what we thought we were purchasing. $1500 dollars is a lot of money, as I could have paid less somewhere else if I was looking for anything other than a teacup!
