Thank goodness I always do my online research before I forward e-mail, before I get into any kind of financial commitment, etc. I sent off $10 for a possible money-making package, which is more money than I would like to admit. I don't think I've ever done that. However, it really did sound good, even to my skeptical, untrusting, cynical side. I don't believe everything I see or hear, I don't trust everything I read or everyone I meet, and I believed this might really work.

Zaken's rather lengthy booklet cites fictitious (I assume) sources which I have as yet neither proven nor disproven due to their home-business nature. Such periodicals may or may not be listed at the library, and that was to be my next stop were I unable to find info online. However, there was info aplenty from others.

I won't waste my $164 to get a "Confidential Report on how to use the power of his Wealth building Technique and his personal association to make $4,280 but probably much more each month in my SPARE time in this simple, most fascinating business with no investment and no risk."

I was invited to be part of a one month marketing experiment limited to 50 people across the U.S. (but get this, after more than a month of having this package I called yesterday and there are still "just a few open slots out of the 50" -- yeah right -- I was immediately suspicious of that answer). The one condition is that the participants must agree to give their HONEST opinion of the program afterward and disclose precisely how much money it made for them, plus Zaken must be allowed to use each of our statements as a testimonial in the marketing of the course later at a much higher price than we would pay for the privilege of participating.

After participating, if we agree that it's worth doing, we are more than welcome to continue working in the same capacity. Either way, a special secret report worth $89 is ours to keep regardless of our decision.

You get the picture. This brochure is 23 pages plus a cover and an order form complete with Rock solid money back guarantee, 100% money back guarantee, and $200 money back guarantee ($52 more than you paid) all printed on it.

The cover letter which arrived with my package was an apology letter stating that my package was late due to the fact that they had been relocating their offices from New York to California. I find that very difficult to believe, since there were TWO different California addresses on the correspondence from Zaken: one was 13034 Jolette Ave., Granada Hills, CA 91344 and the second was 21032 Devonshire St. Suite 202A, Chatsworth, CA 91311

How is it that a company that's been so busy relocating has two separate addresses on its letterhead already? And this isn't letterhead, it's common printer paper just xeroxed off. Also, I have no idea where the mail has to be routed through in that area, but it's postmarked Santa Clarita, CA, and instead of a postage machine, it's got two different kinds of tacky hand-licked stamps on the envelope. A business doing THAT much $$$ income would be using a postage machine, I can assure you. These folks are swindlers from the word go -- all the signs are there, once I started really paying attention.

Are there ANY decent work from home programs out there at ALL?

Subject: The Zaken Co.

Dear Sir or Madam

It is 3 am November 7th and I am a very happy man thanks to you. My friend I was visiting very excitedly pulled out some paper work From--The Zaken Co.

21032 Devonshire St

Suite 202A

Chatsworth Ca. 91311

and was telling me about the wealth that he was about to receive from this company, I said when anything looks that good I get skeptical about the organization, he assured me that he read it very carefully and he is about to become rich.

I asked if I could take down his name and Company and run it through my computer. He said sure. I tried to find the company but to no avail. I wrote down his first name Tiran and typed his name in and your information came up and I realized through talking with my friend that this is the same person.

I am thanking you on behalf of my friend, I feel that he would help you with any information that would be useful for you on your action against THE ZAKEN CO. and maybe this address may be useful to you or any one else.. I wish you luck and again thanks for publishing your misfortune.
