Complaint Review: Tire Choice & Total Car Care -FishHawk Location
Later on, we remembered our Explorer which we had just purchased 3 months prior, had been through a complete check up by the Dealership and was cleared as "GOOD" on all aspects, including the tires and breaks. The paperwork clearly stated this.
Being that we work from home and don't drive a whole lot, the breaks should not have gone from "GOOD" to complete repair in just three months of having the truck with minimal driving.
Sent several complaint letters via email and the District Manager contacted us with a response of "I'll look into it". Needless to say, after many telephone calls to him and the company, no one has replied to our complaint since then.
Not satisfied that this company has had so many complaints from both employees as well as customers and nothing is being done to help us who were clearly taken advantage of.
Having documents reflecting this complaint, one would think they would try to resolve this issue, but I assume they are too busy with all other complaints. I guess Better Business Bureau should be contacted next.
