My husband works for a tire kingdom in the Augusta Ga area. My husband has worked for the company since september of 2007. He has hated working for this company from the beginning but had no where else to go. My husband is way too qualified to work for this company and doesn't appreciate the way this company handles it's customers or work. The other mechanics (not technicians) don't know how to fix cars at all. They do not have the machinery or tools to work on most vehicles correctly. They don't even have a tire balancer that works correctly. They don't have the right tools to turn rotors. The manager at this location will not spend the money to buy the tools needed. My husband has his own diagnostic tools to use on cars and will not allow anyone else to use them for fear they will break them like they mess up cars. Some of the mechanics there have dropped cars off of the lifts. They haven't fallen very far at all but they have caused damage to the cars. They do shady work to the cars. In explain of a brake job they only replaced the brake pads on one side in the back and a caliper in the back. These people are so horrible at their jobs that they forget to tighten down lug nuts on the cars. There have been times when a wheel will fall off right in the parking lot.

This company is going down hill very quickly. My husband is quitting and will never work for another company from this chain of companies again. They hire people who have no idea what they are doing in front and in the shop. They modify cars to try and fix the problems they have created and end up making the vehicles worse than what they came in for.

Please do not go to this company for anything even an oil change. I can almost guarantee that it will end up being ruined by the time it leaves the shop. They charge people for things that they don't need and then don't even do it.

They are lazy sorry individuals. The managers know they have made mistakes with people they hire but will not get rid of them to make the company better. I wouldn't be surprised if tire kingdom will go under because of all the mistakes they have made. They need to shut down and look into getting all new people or just never open up again.

They don't always make mistakes but there are more mistakes made than not. Very severe mistakes as well. Again Please do not use Tire kingdom for anything at all.
