I've always used Sams/Walmart for tires. We went with Tire Kingdom last time. Big Mistake. Once they realize you're not there with any "new money" that you're only there for a balancing or rotating, you can forget any kind of REAL customer service. They're customer service is bad to begin with making you wait at the counter endlessly, zero eye contact (like you ARE SO busy you just can't manage to take your eyes off the paperwork while I'm telling you what my car is doing) Really? You couldn't manage to get the tires balanced accurately the first time, so now I'm bringing it back to get another balancing done.

But you're gonna try to squeeze some green outta me this time too, telling me my STRUTS are bad and they're leaking. Funny, there is no oil leaking on my driveway. I got a second opinion and my struts are FINE. I know what bad struts feel like. My car is fine.

I could make up a sympton of my car and you would tell me I need some several hundred dollar repair, b/c you're nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves. I will never go to your establishment again. You are too stupid, fat and redneck to even realize you are losing customers. At least have the courtesy to tweak your bull s**t routine when you get a customer who sees right thru you. You would know this if you ever looked up AT THE CUSTOMER. Tire Kingdom Management are your noting this and giving a rat's a**? That's what I thought!!!
