Tire Plus Total Car Care Always some wrong with my car when I bring it in for an oil change or tire rotation. WHY? Palm Harbor Florida

I have bought my first set of tires from Tire Plus about 2 1/2 yrs ago, for my Mercedes 2002 C240. The all four tires cost me $400. After 12 months of the tires they were balding on outer part of the tires. I brought it to Tire Plus to have them look to see why it was doing that. They advised me it was alignment, and the way I drive.

At this time they tell me I need 4 new tires so I purchase Bridgestone and along with the warranty for alignments and rotations of the tires for a lifetime. With this warranty I need to bring my car to back to them every 3 months for rotation to keep the warranty. I did what I was told to bring it back to them ever 3 months, they had me pegged.

Every 3 months they are telling me something is wrong, I need brakes for the front, I get the brakes, I go back 3 months later I need back brakes, so I get it done, I go again for I need bearing, and my axle is bent.. At this point I had an enough. I brought it to family friend mechanic and they didn't see anything wrong. Tire Plus has me for about $1800 total for everything that I did to my car.

As of Sat 1/24/09 I bring it to them to do an oil change and check the tires for rotation and alignment. Not even 45 mins that they have my car they are telling me to tell me I need 2 new tires. I just put 4 new tires not even 12 months ago. I didn't believe them, they quoted me $352. I picked up my car and my alignment was so far off I couldn't even drive it. I bring it back for them to fix it and they are still telling me I need tires, they said they will try and fix the alignment. When I left it was still the same as it was when I brought it to them. I contact the Manager and explain to him what was going on, he advised me to bring my car back so they can fix it the right way, which they did.

In the mean time they did something else to my car which, when they did the oil change and topped off all the fluids for the car they unclipped my radiator hose which they did manual, now the hose was rubbing against the fan belt and melted a hole. It cost me $150 dollars later to get my car fix from someone else.
I am tired of Tire Plus's games; they are taking advantage of innocent people and females that don't know much about cars.

While sitting in the waiting room they are always telling the costumer they need something else done to there car beside why they brought it in for in the first place. I will NEVER EVER EVER do business with them again. BIGGEST RIP OFF!!!!!
