Tire Works Tire Work is a huge rip-off...Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!!!! Las Vegas Nevada

I got taken in a huge way by Tire Works! I purchased a tire warranty through the dealer in which I purchased my car. I noticed my tire was low so I took it to Wal-Mart to have them fix it and they said that my tire was not fixable due to a bubble in the tire that was actually seperating the tire and they did not carry that brand of tire. So I took it to Tire Works on Tropicana and dealt with the manager George and he took a look at my tire and called my warranty company. He proceeded to tell me that I needed 4 new tires but the good news is that he got my warranty company to replace 2 of my tires and all I had to do is pay $528 upfront and the warranty will reinburse me. I explained that I did not have that much money on me and it will have to wait till the following week. He said no problem I will keep the approval and we will go from there. This all happened on a Thurs. 9/11... So on Tues 9/16 I went to Tire Works on Silverado Ranch cause it is 20 miles closer to my home and asked them if they could do the replacement there and explained EVERTHING to them and once again they said no problem so I took my car back to them on 9/18 and dealt with Dalin whom I found out is the district manager..explained my whole situation again and he said all I have to do is send in my invoice to my warranty company and all will be just fine. So today 9/19 I called my warranty company and to my surprise they denied my claim when George called it in and 3 times on 9/18 when I was getting my tire changed!!!! Needless to say, I have to hire a attorney to clear up this matter because Dalin's song and dance has changed and all of a sudden he does not remember telling me half the things that he did! Even the "corporate office" is a joke..The good thing is I contacted channel 13 and my lawyer so we will see what will come of this. I am sure that we will end up in small claims! Heidi
