If your local facility went out of business, then find the nearest Tire's Plus to you. It happens all the time with more facilities besides Tire's Plus. Why would any facility clean out a cabin air filter for you, when you refused to replace it? It should have been placed back exactly as found.

I paid for a lifetime warranty w these jokers, and even if they were still in business I would not go back. From the lies told by the manager - such as their magical alignment machine that did my Corolla while it had a flat tire and bent rim on the rt front and the donut on the right rear, to more lies when they wanted to charge my wife $75 for a cabin air filter, and when she said her husband would do it wanted to know did I have the special tool need (phillips screwdriver) - and then they re-installed it w/o even knocking all the leaves off of it, and the lies told by the owner Joe Roman the last time we had it there - they checked the car alignment (for real this time amazingly enuff) - and did not adjust anything - tghe before and after were the same #'s, and when the wife asked what did they mean he told her - I dont know, and the alignment guy went to lunch if you want to wait.
I think for any warranty you are out of luck - and you are are better off w/o these guys - I dont think it was a franchise - they did such a crap job that Tires Plus dumped them as a franchisee
Joe - Jasmine - and any other scammer Romans out there - are you listening?? Find something else to do since you aint sh*t in the service industry
