Tires Etc. Sweet and innocent at first to get you in. Then they suck you dry. Pennsylvania

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. At first, the place seemed great! Really nice people, comfortable area to hangout in, and free drinks! I had to get new tires and there was a random squealing I asked them to check out. It started up after a guy at Pepboys changed the serpentine belt.  They said that there was power steering fluid all over and they were not legally allowed to let me drive it home. For the tires and the attempt to clean up the fluid by fixing the leak and replacing all the belts ended up costing me over $1,000. The problem was, when I got it back, it was still squealing.

I took it back in and supposedly there was more coolant and they had to replace the belts again, get a new well, tubes, etc. and charged me another $1,000+ for their mistake! I took it to a friend to look at it and they had apparently messed up putting on one of the belts. OH! And the well and tubing was already malfunctioning!

So I go back again. And what do they do? CHARGE ME AGAIN! Over $200, just for the labor to put in the parts that broke. Supposedly, I'm to get this money reimbursed. They told me they had to charge me for it, but they were sending in some paper work about the faulty parts and the company who sent the parts would pay Tires Etc. back for the labor. But I was promised in front of several people that they would reimburse me the money even if the parts company did not. They just had to do the paper work first before giving my money back or some BS.

It's been several months since then. I still don't have my money back, and I am a starving grad student. Do they care? NO! And my car STILL squeals sometimes! UGH! Never ever ever ever ever go to this place again. They charged me more in repairs than my car is worth according to Kelly Blue Book.

Oh. And to make matters worse? They put the tires on too tight. So when I had a flat today and I started to change it with some help, it started to storm and hail, and no one could get it off. Not even after the storm passed could anyone make it budge. I wonder what they're going to charge this time.
