I came and dropped my car off on 06/18/2015. I wanted to have all the fluids checked and the car looked over. I then got a call on 06/20/2015 saying the axels and rear brakes need to be fixed which came up to right at 1,000. I approved the work to be done on the car. When I picked the car up on 06/21/2015 I was told they also took it upon there self to fix a harmonic balancer on the car which I did not approve. I was told they called and left a message but no one called them back. The harmonic balance was just fixed less than 6 mths ago at another shop and was under warranty so I would have never agreed to pay to fix it again.  

Within 3 miles on driving the car it then stopped running in the middle on the street. I called them they did have it towed back to the shop. On 06/22/2015 I was then told my transmission was messed up that it would not allow the axel to sit in it correctly. They told me before I came to pick up the car they had drove it around for 30 min and had no problems. I find that very hard to believe since they told me when it was towed back they placed the axel in over 3 times and it kept popping out. They then told me I would have to take it to a transmission shop to be fixed. After going back and forth they sent the car to AAMCO on Monday 06/22/2015 around 6 pm.

AAMCO then called me on 06/23/2015 and told me that the axel was not set in the transmission correct and that was the reason it kept falling out. I was without a car for 2 days and really do not trust this place. They did offer me 3 free oil changes for the inconvenience of not having a car for 2 days.  Today I went to get the oil changed against better judgement. While there a elderly customer brought her car in to get fixed and then would not start they were telling the lady that it would not start when she arrived. Bottom line I think something is going on in this place I think this needs to be looked into.
