Titan Law Group what a scam. My wife contacted a debt consolidation company who, I am confident, is in cahoots with Titan Law Group. The service was not as described. We were ripped off for $1780.00 for no services las vegas, Nevada

Company indicates they will perform certain services upon receipt of power of attorney, access to checking account and collection of funds, all for reduction of excessive credit card debt.
Once they have everything set up, the same questions are answered differently be account reps. State certified attorneys are not provided as we were told, monies were transferred from our checking account to Titan, then we were told the general idea was to allow cards to be turned over to collection and they would attempt to buy paper at 55%-60% or so of value, saving us 40%-45% on amounts owed.
Total non-performance. What a rip off.

A state licensed attorney performed services in accordance with the consumer's agreement. Regardless of this fact our firm considers client satisfaction to be the measure of its success. We have reached out to the consumer in this complaint via telephone and look forward to hearing back from him so that an agreeable resolution can be reached.
