Titan Machinery Double Charging. Charge for parts never picked up. Thief River Falls Minnesota
In July we ordered a part for our New Holland Tractor and paid for it with a debit card. The part was picked up and installed. It did not work or solve the problem with the tractor.
In October I received a duplicate invoice for the part we got in July. We only got 1 part. Titan Machinery invioced us a second time and has since sent a statement for the October invoice indicating that they think the part was picked up and/or sent out of the store in October. The part was picked up in July and paid for.
Three full months later Titan Machinery is trying to double charge for the same part. Never give your credit card to anyone at Titan Machinery If they get your card they will copy it front and back and enter it in their business system. Then at will they will charge your card. The only reason I have not been charged on a credit card for the part Titan Machinery is trying to double charge for is that I won't give them my credit card information.
If Titan Machinery has your credit card information be very careful. They will bill you twice or charge you for things you did not receive.
