Titanium Blue Credit Card scam. Story.

While I was at college, I recieved a yellow postcard in the mail offering me a credit card guatanteed reguardless of past credit history. I had been searching for a good deal on a card and this one seemed perfect.

I called the phine number on the card and gave them my confirmation number, information on myself, and my bank account number so that they could take out $219.99 to get me started. Well i was sent as statement from the bank ststing that my account was overdrawn because they had also taken out a $20 charge for doing it over the phone.

I called them back and told them that i only put in enough money into my account to pay for the initial $219.99. They said that my records will be reviewed by the supervisor. That was the last time i was able to speak to anyone from the company. Now every number I call is disconnected or busy. Before it was hard to get through, but now it is impossible. The money for the card was debited on October 27, 2001, and I still have not recieved the card. About three weeks ago, I recieved a postcard once again stating that they will send my package in two to three weeks. It has now been over four and no sign of it.

I was promised a 6% intrest rate fixed. That is what drew me to signing up. They also told me that it would also take another two to three weeks to have my card activated once i recieved it. The name stated during my first phone call was The Credit Card Processing Center.

On the newest tan postcard i recieved i was given a new customer service number and promised the 2-3 weeks delivery. It was sent from "BENEFITS".
