Title Max Loan Company Did not explain to me terms of the loan, took advandage of someone poor. Jackson Tennessee

I took out a loan with title max, they did not explain in depth the terms of the loan, I took the loan for 1600 and paid over a 1000 so far and they say i still owe 1,611, its crazy they are charging me double this was not explain to me, tried to get in touch with corperate office get busy single, i live off disablity, its either pay these loan payments or eat, my account number there is 7098789, i am willing to pay them something a month, i just feel ripped off!!!!!!!!

Its up to you to ask questions and understand the terms which you are agreeing to. Unfortunately most people just sign away, and find out later what they agreed to, and by then it is too late. Good luck to you.

Did you read the contract you signed when you got the loan? It should state your interest rate and payment terms there.
no, you don't have to pay them, but you will get sued at some point if you dont.
