Have anyone ever filed bankruptcy and included titlemax? Well here is my story I cannot proved it but I suspect titlemax is involved in this mysterious fire at my house around 2:00 in the morning. They had been coming to my house for over a week to collect or surrender my vehicles so on a monday, april 13th the guy came to my house looking for me and i was not at home, so he told my sister inlaw and brother that they were lying about me not being at home so he said that if he could not see me this way he will find another way to see me.

So before he left my brother gave him my case number proving to him that I filed chapter 13 and that they would be hearing something soon about my case. Tuesday I guess they verified the case number to be true becasue they did not call my house at all that day or wednesday, so late wednesday night my truck mysteriously ignite in flames and seconds later my car ignites in flames and my house is severely damage from the fire from the vehicles that i had parked behind my house. The mayor of dozier found some kind of chemical poured all over my other vehicle parked underneath my car port and then ruled that the vehicles was deliberately set a fire.

I have a very sickly mother in my house and have 4 children and three more family members living in my house and we almost lost our lives over 4000.00 dollars. When I prove my allegations, I hope to put titlemax out of business for good because they have no moral value for a human life because of a dollar. That saying is true about money is the root of all evil and titlemax will get theirs one day. Are there anyone out there have experience an life or death situation when it comes to titlemax. You stupid A cowards you are not the mafia so stop the madness!!! Or are you?

So you're too far behind to pay for insurance, you pawned your title for cash, and you drive around in an Escalade; but somehow an evil company is responsible for your personal situation?  I drive a used Prius and barely stay above water working two jobs.  It frustrates me to see "victims" like this. Makes me think I'm trying too hard.

"When I prove my allegations, I hope to put titlemax out of business for good because they have no moral value for a human life because of a dollar."

So what is this proof that you speak of, other than being convinced that Title Max has some type of agenda because you filed for Chapter 13? You better hope you have some, or you may run the risk of a lawsuit being thrown right back at you by Title Max.

I'd be very careful what you post on a public forum, as it is visible by ALL.

Regardless of the fact, HustleMax should be burned to the ground for taking advantage of so many people. These times are very hard and yes I am a victim of this company as well! At least someone is trying to do something about it! Regardless if HustleMax did burn the cars or not, it's their bad Karma!!!!!! Think about all of the other people who are being taken advantage of w/o having their cars burned to the ground. Like I said if this story is true or if it is not true this company still should be shut or burned down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!!

"FYI the fire marshall have been here and it was arson like I said"
- Your report said it was the mayor and nothing about a Fire Marshall.

"You tell me WHY my cars burned to the ground truck did not have a battery in it.."
- No one here can. But if there was flamable substances what does having/not having a battery in the truck have to do with anything?

"Never had a problem like I said until I filed bankruptcy."
- I would hope that having your cars catch on fire is not a common occurance.

Based on what you have said it probably was an arson. The problem is your contention that this company is the one who did it. It just makes no sense for them to risk several felonies(arson, insurance fraud just to name a couple). Do you have proof that they took insurance out on your car?

If you werre at my house you would be dramatic also; like I said we almost died if I did not wake up when I did. FYI the fire marshall have been here and it was arson like I said. You tell me WHY my cars burned to the ground truck did not have a battery in it, Why was that the first vehicle on fire. Never had a problem like I said until I filed bankruptcy. What's done in the dark will come to light!!!! And no Stacey I did not have insurance, could not afford to insure all vehicles, I thought they would have been safe just by being in my yard. NO RESPECT FOR PRIVATE PROPERTY!!!!!

Why would you blame someone that you don't even have one shred of evidence to prove they might possibly almost could have done an arson.
Why is the 'mayor' rendering a decision as to whether it si an arson or not? Why isn't the local arson investigator doing it?
And how exactly were you 'almost died'? Your house wasn't on fire. Your over the top drama and trying to lay blame on an entity that you have absolutely no idea whether they are even remotely involved is very suspicious.

no insurance

AUTHOR: Mad as hell - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 20, 2009

Hey Robert, thanks for your comment but I did not have any insurance on my vehicles. I only drove what i had insurance on. Plus Titlemax said i did not have to worry about insurance to get the loan but I bet you anything they have already filed for insurance on my vehicles because they did not want to wait to get paid through my chapter 13.

Yea makes total sense...

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, April 19, 2009

You file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. In a Chapter 13 you continue to pay on the car(although usually at a reduced amount) or you give it back. So this company is so ticked off that they will either get the car or be included Bankruptcy decide to commit a felony and set your cars on fire?
- Yep makes total sense.

Although how about this. A person is having finanical difficulties so they set their own property on fire. Then they attempt to get the insurance to pay on the claim.

It will be interesting if you and the mayor(who is also the arson investigator?) can prove your case. Please update this when the mayor files charges.
