Title Max Sexual harassed, lied, and refused to take my payment and return my tag Anderson South Carolina

I had a loan with Title Max and the account manager/preacher came on to me everytime i made a payment. I was so uncomfortable, I had my mom and sisters start making my payments. Then he started calling and texting me asking when I was coming to the store and if my boyfriend was around me. I never gave him my number or permission to call or text me. My boyfriend called him and confronted him about it and he denied everything and blamed other employees. The next month i called to let him know I would be there the following Thursday to make my payment and he had an attitude and told me that he had people ready to come tow my car. I was only a few days late and the agreement states that they can't tow my car unless i was atleast 20 days late. Thursday i took my sister to make my payment and the employee that asist her has known us for many years. He asked where i was and she told him i was in the car. He said, " She doesn't want to come in because of that dude" and she told him yes. The month after that, i called to the store letting them know i was going to make my payment the following Thursday. The account manager called me back harassing me about coming in the store that day. I told him i was going to be there Thursday and i hung up. He called back again and my mom told him that he will see me thursday and not to call my phone again. I took my sister to make my payment that Thursday and he would not take my money. He said i had to pay double because i was late which was a lie. He even typed it up on the computer saying i signed an agreement to pay double if i was late. I was late the month before that and he didn't say anything about paying double. He refused to show me the paper i supposely signed. He said that he couldn't take my payment but the supervisor can. I asked the supervisor to take my payment and he told me no. We walked out and i contacted the district manager explaining what happened. The district manager decided to get all of us together at the store to have a meeting. The account manager and supervisor didn't say a word. They never denied anything i said or try to explain why they refused my payment. The district manager said they don't have an agreement stating to pay double if someone is late. The account manager and suporvisor told the district manager he refused my money because i didn't have my full one month payment which was a big lie. They have it all on video and know exactly what happened. The district manager sided with the account manager/preacher and they towed my car with my tag. My aunt called the store to get the name and number of the towing company and they told her there was no tag on the car which was a big lie. I had every intention to pay my loan off but after he was confronted about the harassment, he made it impossible for me to make my payment and to pay my loan off. I known other women who has been through the same situation but never reported him. The towing man even said this wasn't the first complaint from that company. They only target young women like myself. I really need someone to help put a stop to this kind of abuse.
