A representative from Title Max visited my home on 9-1-2010 and left a letter and a verbal message with a house guest of mine. The message was tell Tommy that one day he may come outside and  his car may be gone. I got a title loan from Title Max I am late by 1 day they've called me several times, i called them back and left two messages for them stating i would be in their office today. The manager claimed he never got my messages. I've been with this company for over a year and have always paid. This new manager feels that harrasement is the best practice.

This is the second time they have violated me by disclosing my information, the first tme they disclosed it with my next door neighbor.

I want to suit Title Max for harrassment.

Title Max I tried to pay extra on my loan so i can pay it off. The lady said I had to only pay what was agreed apon . But that means I have to pay $89 a month for 22 months on a $500 loan. Really? My car isn't even worth that much. Lawrenceburg Tennessee

TitleMax Titlemax, Pulaski, TN About 5 months ago I got a loan from Title Max for $1.100.00, I have been paying over $200.00 per month.They mailed me this summury claiming I owe $1.343.00. I called them and said I have been paying you about $220.00 per month how can I owe you that much money. They claim that about $900.00 that I have paid was only interest. This don't make sinse to me they are robbing me. They said I had to pay another $1.400.00 to get out of this loan. They are crooks, they take advantage of poor people. I am disabled and on a fixed income I cant afford this Pulaski Tennessee
