it is ashamed for this company (TitleMax) to have an employee manual and stress and threaten all of their employees that if they dont go by this then it can and will result into termination of employment. Also the District managers seem to set their own rules for their district. then why have an employee manual if we have to go by someone elses rules. what gets on my nerves is the company just rolled out a "raise" for the Non-Titlemax offices and gave the managers 10% of profit and Asst Managers 5% of profit. Where the Titlemax managers and Asst gets 5% and 2.5%.. How FAIR is that. We work Hard just like they do. I have never worked for such an unfair company like this before. I do know if The ower of the company knew what these district managers and Regional managers did to their employees then he may would do something about it, OR DOES HE KNOW???????

For one the manual is followed, but district manager can set some of their own rules as long as it does not break company policy.
For second thing, the 10% for maangers. If you look at those stores they usually have as may (or sometimes more) account than a Titlemax store, but less in accounts due to loan size. They profit aboutn 1/2 as much as a titlemax but do as much work. How was that fair to them. And if you are wondering I was the manager of a titlemax and not a titlebucks and still agree with it. Stop your crying. Follow the rules and you do not have to worry.

Where have you gotten your figures?

I don't know of any company who doesn't have handbooks and rules that must followed and signing a form saying that you will adhere to those rules is normal. I own a company and have my employees do the same thing. Also, the DMs & RMs of Titlemax have very strict rules to follow & those come straight from headquaters. I know because I personally know the two people who oversee all the RMs & DMs. Also raises haven't been reported/given yet as they won't do that until after some reports come out to see who deserves them. You really need to get your information correct before making such statements. If you still work for Titlemax, I can get you in touch with someone at headquarters to work this out. Somehow you have recieved incorrect information.
