T&L Properties Heartless Cooperation. Granger, Iowa

I and others in this complex are seniors, every winter the story county winterizes our appartments to help keep us warm and help use with our energy expense. 

This does not cost the owner of the building one thing. and he had allowed it the years before except this year, why because he claims his building was damaged by someone putting up the plastic on the windows, which is highly doughtful maybe a little paint was taken off the wall around the window pane, however it was because the window are so loose and moisture is trapped in the window.

My windows are so loose that when the tenant that live above  walks  my windows rattle, cold air blow in the room from the air conditioner, My heating bill will be so high in the winter that I can't afford to pay it..and I am not the only one.. I called the office and they gave me some lame excuses and yet I can put the plastic on the windows  but they wouldn't buy me the plactic to do this..I would think if they didn't want anyone to winterize their appartment then they should make sure the windows are air tight when closed and that the air conditioner is covered from the inside.

They cover the air conditioner with a cover they have used for years the thing doesn't even stay on the air conditioner, they cover the outside of the air conditioner, while it not even air tight around the frame of the air conditioner.

There are many other problems with this company but this is my main complaint right now.
