 I was called  over and over by co partner al about repairing my ac unit.He would even call my son at school,my husband while he was out to sea. I told al i don't really know but ill thinking about the repairs. His words were" We don't like to replace repair is better". going along after 2 weeks of nagging me to fix the unit .my husband came home from out to sea and his partner tony came to the house.


After about 15 min tony told my husband it was the wire that needed to be replaced and that his company does not do electrical work. he told my husband what wire to buy. after he spent $62.00 for the wire and went under the house he found out there was nothing wrong with the wire. My husband called al and tony many time and they would not return the calls . now here in florida its now low 21dg here and still no heat as al promised me and my family. Me and my son both have medical problems and this is not fair that after a wasted call to this company and no heat . to find out it may as simple as the thermostats on the wall . my husband called tony he caused him out and told him he will not come back out and to bad people loose things in life.

im not worried u know a little to much about this ... so im not worried thats why i have the better business  backing me up so now .. and thanks your comments helped me . im not going to stop... yes i was upset and mispelled a few words but im at least honest. and have legal workers working for me .

EXCELLENT AND REPUTABLE A/C COMPANY

I JUST HAPPENED TO BE BROWSING ONLINE SEARCHING FOR TLC INDOOR AIR SERVICES AND I HAPPENED TO FIND THIS REPORT. I AM A CONTRACTOR THAT USES THEM ALL THE TIME, THIS COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE EXCELLENT AND REPUTABLE, YOU CAN GOOGLE THERE REVIEWS AND THEY HAVE 5 STARS. I THINK YOU NEED TO TAKE A COMMON SENSE CLASS, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM RIGHT? DID YOU KNOW YOU NEED A LICENSE TO PERFORM THESE KIND OF WORK IN FLORIDA? MANY A/C COMPANIES DON'T DO ELECTRICAL WORK BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR ONSITE. LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ALONE AND PAY FOR YOUR ELECTRICAL WORK, YOUR A/C ISN'T WORKING AFTER REPLACING THE T-STAT RIGHT? ALSO BY THE WAY TAKE A SPELLING CLASS YOU'RE REALLY BAD AT WRITING!!

  On January the Th. i was at my job and Al came by to talk to me about how i can remove the report from ripoff report. i was up set that he choose to stop by the office even though him and my boss know each other. I don't feel that this was something that should not been brought to a place of employment. He told me that Tony wife was very upset and no matter what he needs to take care of this problem. Myself and Al had a 30 min talk about the ac and what he promised me he would do.And i told him of the bad luck that i had with other company he made promises that he was not like other and his company was going to do as they could to help me . I called my husbands cousin ,he is a master ac installer and told him what they did ... he said well did they take out any parts my answer was no not that i seen or ask my husband and derrick since both of them was there at the time .there we a number of things that they did not check like going inside and checking the thermostat, or checking the Freon. there was nothing wrong with the wire that Tony told us  to repair. and he told my husband that they do not do electrical work. after making many calls to other company they told me how could u work on the ac and not do the wiring part! Thats all part of the job.I have several recordings of Al saved about what he promised he would do. well im sure that tony did not make a special trip here to Callahan  to fix my ac unit and on the A1-A highway the next day he was there working on a ac unit not 10 from my house .i have proof that the wire Tony said was bad was replaced not to long ago. The part where Al said Derrick Bryant is networking partner we both work at the same place and we are. its not hard to replace a thermostat u don't need a rocket scientist to do this! long as u can read it comes with step by step instructions.Al ask that when the unit is REPLACED that he be present when the job is done .I have pictures and recording on my answering machine and also on the day Al came to the job to talk about the AC. The main thing is Al told me that Tonys wife is very upset about this report and no matter what they need to fix this problem. Also i told Al that its not about the Refund he tried to offer me but the service he promised that he would give and do. Since The ac unit was not repaired and to be found not repairable I have gotten very sick and been in bed for days . im not seeking further actions against this company.

Here at TLC Indoor Air Services, our spotlight is on service first.  This complaint does not represent who we are nor does it represent how we conduct business.  I was asked by a Networking partner to call Ella because it was getting cold and her AC unit was not working.  I made an attempt to reach the client and was only able to leave a message.  I did make a follow up call to Ella, because the weather was changing and no one should be without heat (not on my watch).

Ella called me back and told me the system was not working.  I set an appointment for a tech to go out.  Our focus at TLC is the customer is first despite the fact she's in Callahan we still made the appointment that day.  The day of the service call, the owner of the company actually ran the call.  Tony checked the system and discovered it was an electrical problem and advised her husband he should have an electrician fix the problem because we are not licensed to do that type of electrical work.  Her husband said he will fix it himself, Tony advised that could be dangerous but he insisted.  Our recommendation was to have the wire repaired.

Several calls were made from LJ (husband) to me asking questions about ways to fix the problem.  I am the Sales Manager and my job is not to explain to a consumer how to fix an electrical problem that the Owner of my company recommended that the client have an Electrical Contractor fix the problem.

As of 1-8-2010 per Derrick (Networking Partner) the thermostat has been replaced and the system still does not work.  Confirming that our diagnostic check of the system was correct.
