Bill Glatzel is one of the best known frauds and horrible business people ever in the dog training industry in Phoenix. One only needs Google the name or company name TLC K9 Academy to find other RipOffReport complaints and the Phoenix BBB actually got such a large file on him and his entity that they quit keeping individual records and just blacklisted his name.

His latest scam the last couple years has been to claim a "Best of Phoenix" Award that is a private organization called "The Phoenix Awards Program", not a local voting effort or sponsored by any City of Phoenix business or entity. In fact he likely submits his own name or simply buys a plaque and takes a picture of it for his ads.

There are getting to be so many frauds in this business in Phoenix you could walk across the city on their heads and never touch the ground!

His sits in company with Bruce Michael Lincis, aka "Bruce Bentley", although he's been scamming people in the dog training market longer, and Andy Luper, former owner of Greater Phoenix Dog Training who was once held in contempt of court for returning a customer's money by court order in PENNY ROLLS.

Buyer beware! If you've reached this site you're likely safe, but the folks who don't check these guys out inevitably lose money, their dogs or parts of their family or neighbor's bodies along with their bank accounts in court for how their dogs act.
