TLG Great Fun - Trilegiant NO FUN!! unauthorized charges to my VISA for $10.00/month for 13 mos. Trumbull Connecticut

TLG Great Fun somehow started charging my VISA $10.00/mo. I never sign up for extra online stuff or give out my email. I thought it was something my husband had signed up for and he thought the same of me. A year later we questioned each other! OYE!

When I called TLG Great Fun, they stated I had signed up for free gas. Called TLG Great Fun at 1-800-290- 8603 and spoke to a "David". He tried to keep me signed up for the account. I told him I never authorized the charges or signing up for the service. He said he would send me the gas vouchers. I said NO! I want this acct canceled and all back charges credited to Dec 2006. He kept pressing to keep me signed up. Wanted to mail me more info and my club acct card. Again, I said NO!, I don't want anything from you or this service that I never authorized or signed up for. After about 3 or 4 tries on his part, he gave me the info for EXECUTIVE SUPPORT I have listed below.

I called VISA to report. VISA credited me for 2 months of charges and won't allow any future charges from TLG Great Fun.

David gave me a CANCEL CODE and a fax number He said to fax to ATTN EXECUTIVE SUPPORT. I asked for a second fax number, in case the first number was always busy. Fax #: 614-823-5124 and 614-823-5021.

I faxed a letter to the first number and it went right thru. I also faxed my letter to the 2nd number and it is always busy. I plan on faxing them every day until I see the credit on my VISA.

Please cancel this unauthorized account you have in my name and any future charges.
I am requesting you CREDIT my VISA card $130.00 for unauthorized charges back 13 months to December 2006.
I am not going to give you my VISA account number again, because you already found a way to access it and bill me. I have contacted VISA and they will no longer accept any charges from TLG Great Fun to my account.
