Basically, I have been ripped off in more ways than one by Tmart. And they have lied to me in a variety of ways in their email correspondence ( which is definitely meant to confuse the consumer) . I originally placed this order with tmart on Nov. 15 and I feel have not only been ripped off, but that there has got to be laws against what they are doing to their customers. Below is an outline of my experience:
A. Paid for expedited 1-3 day shipping. When I did not receive products anywhere near on time ( make up palettes for my Black Friday sale nonetheless) they refused to refund me my shipping fee. Current status: order received in 4 separate parts. Many damaged. and Despite the website promise on each product I ordered being IN STOCK in US warehouses, Tmart t lied because nearly everything they shipped was from Hong Kong.
B. Shattered cosmetic products. 6 of these palettes were shattered. [continued below]....

Current status: after fighting tooth and nail and extreme stress with this company, as well as so many many hours wasted on emails , they agreed to refund me if I sent pictures of broken product. I sent 4 times. They continued to give me the runaround, either saying they did not receive or saying I needed to then provide the item numbers, even though I gave them the info time and time again. Finally, one month later, they told me a refund could only be issued if I sent back products. It then took two more days more for them to email me a label. I have sent 6 broken palettes back. I am owed approx $70 for broken makeup. I continue to wait. They once also had the audacity to ask me to pay a certain percentage for these palettes broken upon receiving them. .
C. Missing merchandise: 1 make up palette missing from order. After a frenzy of emails again, they had the audacity to tell me they needed to see the boxes or envelopes the merchandise came in, , some of which I had already thrown away. Current status: I have not received any type of refund, replacement, or credit. They now claim after they receive the broken shadows they will send me another make up palette. Problem is, if i do in act receive anything, and this is broken, as many are, then we are just going in circles.
I tell you, this company tells you story after story, but doesn't budge on taking any responsibility for their mess. I lost customers who ordered the make up palettes, then cancelled because I did not have in stock in a reasonable time.
I have tried to get refunded by my bank or Paypal for a partial amount of my $422.00 order and there is nothing at all they can do, despite the fact that they promise and do not deliver on any of their promises so far. It is now over one month later, I have emailed numerous times and always a different response by different people as to what I should do, or blatant refusal to do anything to rectify the situation.
I literally have about 75 emails back and forth where they refuse to follow previous thread, purposely to confuse you. I have come to the conclusion there is no other reason to do this. I have every email to prove that this company refuses to stand by their word or promises, lies, and does not run an honorable business. They also deliberately attempt to confuse you and ause stress so you will just give up ad cut your losses.
This company owes me $ 50 for shipping, approx $70 for broken products, and approx $12 for ,missing merchandise. Plus tax. Totall= $132.00 haven't seen any action yet. All talk , owns up to no responsibility when they are clearly in the wrong.
