Well i saw this site , after my fone fell and needed a htc win8x screen, they offer cheap merchantdise as I'm one of those value for money guys and I want it for a good price, so I ordered a screen and I ordered a few other things such as the kwp2000 car electronic interface , I paid via cheque card Visa they recieved the money as i got the text that the money has been paid into their account,, The first problem was they did not recieve any payment confirmation and they needed a foto of my bank account card a copy of My Identity document and a proof of adress such as a account sent to my adress or so, then I smelled a rat and cancelled my card, but was still hoping to recieve my order as it turns  out they sent me this paypal thing that says the actual email:

We are very appreciated for your purchase at the cost of your valuable time.

I am sorry to tell you that we can not ship item out.
As the AVS Code in your order showed anomalous,so we can not ship your item out.
Would you pls tell us why the billing address in your credit card is not the same as the one you register in our web.

Pls send us the photograph to show the front of your credit card(you can cover some numbers with your finger)? And could you also offer the picture of the ID,passport,driving license and the utility bill?
What do you think of it,we just want to confirm the security of this credit card order.

 As you guys can imagine and by the sound of the emails the ripped me off of 100$ I still dont have my money back and I still dont have my goods ordered from them and thats in april this year so I'm kissing my money goodbye, Hope no one falls into this trap ever again

Tmart is a scammer

 I support the original report and I add Tmart is a scam. From my experience with Tmart that I used only once and never again, Tmart’s employees did use my credit card fraudulently. And I support and believe all the complaints against Tmart.com that are posted on this site and on all other sites.

I can say you did the right thing by closing your credit card account on time before it is used fraudulently by Tmart’s employees. Especially Tmart’s employees who try to contradict the customer’s negative reviews against their employer Tmart by posing as legitimate customers instead of representing themselves as Tmart’s employees.

reasonable expectations

Credit card Fraud is a real and serious problem and these companies have systems in place to check and verify details from time to time to try and reduce fraud.  I think it's inconvient but a right of a Merchant who you have already provided your number to asks for proof that you are infact the owner of the card.  If you refuse to do so then they have the right to cancel the transcation. You said you cancelled the credit card so to them it would look like a fraud was attempted on your card and they could be receiving the order from the thief. When the ship address is different than the billing address it's a huge red flag.

If you are the owner of the credit card and it was actually billed instead of just a temp charge you can contact your bank and have the charge reversed as your order was never shipped. if you used paypal they can help resolve the issue as well. 

I have ordered from Tmart three times in the past 2 years for a total of about $300 and have always received my order or a refund when I cancelled.  I don't belive Tmart to be a fradulent company. Understand your dealing with a company in China using email. Time difference and language can cause some problems but if your patient I have always found them to be responsive and honest.
