Tmart.com Refund Not Issued. Warning This Is A Sketchy Company , Internet

I purchased what I thought was an official Microsoft hard drive for my Xbox and when I quickly realized that's not what I ordered I cancelled my order before it was shipped. It took forever just to actually cancel it after talking via live chat, through emails and calling their joke of a customer service # (an answering machine) They claimed it was cancelled and it was still showing up as not being cancelled. After more chats I could finally see it was properly cancelled. Now I started asking for my refund. I received an email stating to wait 1-2 days and it would show up in my Paypal that the refund process had started. It's day 4 so I took to the live chat again asking where my refund was. The person on the other end claimed that the manager had to issue the refund and only he had the password so I'd have to wait another 24 hours. Since they were on Hong Kong time. I was under the impression based on advertising that they were an American company and I think they like people to think that because they don't want them to know the truth. That all items are from Hong Kong, they're knock offs, and that's where they ship from. Based on the horrible reviews and reports of fraud and refunds not being issued after promising over and over that they will be I have now opened a Paypal dispute and they can respond to me through that. And if need be I'll escalate my claim. If they think they can scam me they're wrong. I have nothing but time to call, email, leave messages on their answering machine and bombard their Facebook page with complaints. And I will do that every day until I get my refund. And I will NEVER shop on there again and I will make sure each and every person I can think knows that this business can't be trusted and that they're a bunch of scam artists.
