TMC Management/Joseph Noonan Joe unlawfully filed an eviction on me when he lost in court he took my deposit money for court cost. Minneapolis Minnesota

 I lived in one of Joe's apartments on 62nd and Louisiana in brooklyn Park i lived there for 14months always paid on time i asked him if i could pay him late one month the  week after it was due and that i would pay him a late fee he said no and that he would have to file on me i hung up the phone and when i got home he had his caretaker to give me an eviction notice i paid the rent anyway

went to court the judge ruled unlawful filing he made up lies still lost then when i was moving into my new house i cleaned up the apartment real good better than it was when i moved in my daughter took pictures but did not take pictures of the door and very small things that he knew people would't  really pay attention to so he took part of my deposit to pay for the court cost dealing with him and his wife Jocelyn was the worst experience i ever had.
