Mobile is dealing with the public directly.I experienced a horrible experience, mental turture and agony. My user minutes finished early. My billing cylce starts on 12/20/07. I paid bill early,on 12/16/07. At 12.01 am I send at least 05 message in *646*, every time response was no minute is left. I called the customer care at 12.01 and waited till 12.50 am to speak to the so called customer care executive. Her name is Karen, ID-4776010. When I asked her for delay and to connect me with their boss, immediately she droped her phone. My wait about one hour gone in vain. I had to call an internation call, it was urgent and I suffered monetary loss. Now my query who will compensate my mental agony, torture and money loss? Where can I file a complain against this compay, please advice if any one is there?

there is no way in h**l you waited an hour on the phone! ...no way., i work at the call center for over 3 years. we cant even have u on hold for more then 2 min. puh lease!. and the #646# is tool to help you see how many minutes u have used on the tmobile network, but if u traveled and your phone latched onto another network (which it will so that you whiners dont complain of dropped calls)we have to wait for those other cell tower companies to tell us that u were on there tower for such and such min. maby you shouldnt yack so much on the phone. its a cell phone...peel it from your ear...save money..not hard to do.
