This complaint is totally false and without merit.  It was created by a company trying to create business for itself. You will notice that the complaint references the construction that was inadequate.  We are a structural engineering firm specializing in the design of commercial, residential, industrial and telecommunications structures.  We do not provide construction services.  We have never heard of this person or project before.  It is obvious that this complaint is part of a scam.  I encourage anyone interested in our firm to contact us directly using the phone numbers listed on our website and do not trust any information provided by this con artist.  I encourage the person / persons that created this to contact us also should you wish to discuss it further.  - S. We hired Tobias West residential structural engineers, with the hope that they would be able to help build our dream home and they SCAMMED us!! The work didn’t get done correctly, so now we are months behind schedule on the build out and they’ve already taken $25,000 from us!!! What a shame that a company like this should be able to scam homeowners out of their money. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB, and with the Real Estate board.
