I went into the store to have my speakers looked at, it was a fuse. I told him I will possibly be back to purchase some speakers soon, he then started pressuring me into purchasing right now saying he will give me a heck of a deal. I said I wasn't looking to buy today and he started shooting out prices, I didn't realize till after but while we were haggling back and forth, every time he went down on the price he was giving me lower equipment than we originally agreed. I thought we were haggling the original agreed set up which was a certain amp and 2 powerful subwoofers and box that was $1000.00 and got him down to $850.00. The product looks so similar I didn't realize he put cheaper stuff in till the next day. I traded in my current subwoofer speaker and amp and he offered me $160.00 but he ended up included that in the "discount from "1000.00" so the final price was $859.00. A lot of this stuff, I had no way to know until it was too late and I didn't see the product until after they installed it in my car. He had his employees immediately start installing after we settled on $850.00 and ie insisted I pay right then while they were working on it. Right after he swiped my card his whole demeanor changed. He printed a receipt and told me the receipt should be good for me but he had to go in the system and change some of the prices so his wife "wouldn't be mad about the great deal he gave me". He then proceeded to spout endless racial remarks about customers that tried to come to the door while he left the door locked. Making me very uncomfortable. Finally they finished my car, It's hard to tell what speakers are what without the model numbers visable or the box and he couldn't furnish me with the boxes so I assumed the products were what we agreed because he said they were. I got home and my battery died from their poor installation, I bought a new battery and it died the next time I turned it off as well. Having this time without a car I decided to research what I bought online. What I found shocked me. The items I purchased were so old they were discontinued by the manufacturer, the prices he charged were higher than the manufactured suggested price on new items and he was suppose to give me new product but I found when I called and talked to one of his employees he gave me used and demonstration units off of a floor model of lesser quality than agreed and that's why he couldn't furnish the boxes. He also told me the units come with a year warranty but my receipt said nothing of the sort and I had no boxes to have the information on the warranty. After I found all this out, I called him and he refused to do anything to help me or return my money. He said If you're dumb enough to buy stuff without researching it you get what you deserve. I told him I couldn't research the fact that he would put cheaper than agreed products in my car, them being used when they should of been new, and denied the boxes for something I bought.
