I ordered the e-book to learn how to obtain grants in order to pay for tuitions. That was the only product that I was interested in. They attached to that order a free 7 day trial of a newsletter. I never received the trial newsletter and was charged a monthly membership fee of $19.95!! I called the customer service number on several occasions to cancel this newsletter that I never wanted in the first place and the only person I can speak with apparently is the recording that tells me that they are unavailable to take my call at this time. I have left several messages to cancel the newsletter and can never get a live person to speak with.
I have once again been charged with the monthly fee of $19.95 and still have not received a newsletter!! Apparently they do not have my e-mail address. I am absolutely livid that they have the nerve to attach another product to the order and continue to charge me for the product I am not receiving nor want to receive and have made that clear in all of my messages. They continue to proport that I have agreed to pay $19.95 a month for the invisible newsletter. I was not thrilled with the product I received you can imagine my thoughts on the one I haven't. Most of the information contained in the e-book I already had knowledge of.

Some of our customers have expressed a bit of confusion over their credit card billing statement and have made the mistaken assumption that they've been double-billed for their purchase of the Guide to Government and Foundation Grants. This is not the case. One of the valuable bonuses we offer each customer is a free 7 day trial membership in the Grant News Network, the most comprehensive grant information source of its kind on the internet. If you elected to remain a member of the Grant News Network after your 7 day free trial membership, and did not choose to cancel your membership using the convenient online secure cancellation link during the one week that you had free access, you were conveniently billed for your first full month of service. Because of processing timing issues, it may appear that your credit card was billed twice for the same purchase. In an effort to eliminate some of this confusion, effective August 21, 2004, we have reduced the cost of the Grant News Network from $19.95 per month to $19.93 per month. This should allow you to see that you have two distinct and separate charges, one for the Grant Guide, and one for your first month of service on the Grant News Network.
