Todd M Wittman is a person who claims he has been a police officer, attoreny, private investigator, and many other cons.

It is true that Todd M Wittmann was an attoreny but he was disbarred in Oklahoma in for severe misconduct in 1998 and 1999 and was finally disbarred when he failed to return numerous retainer fees.  He also lied to the Oklahoma Bar by ommitting the fact that he had been arrested numerous time and convicted of burglary, assault and theft in Texas.

He has now set up shop in Utah but has no license to do so, asks for cash upfront to do paralegal and investigative work then never completes it.

When I tried to complain, he threatened me and told me that if I did he would go to the opposition and tell them of all the evidnce we had for our case.

Tlak to the Oklahoma Bar orGoogle it about his disbarment.  Talk to the Texas Department of Commerce about his most recent injunction against his issued just this year for doing paralegal work improperly in Texas.
