I am contractor in Afghanistan and I purchased 6 months in advance wireless minutes from this website. They offer 20% more bonus minutes if you purchase it this way.

I received the bonus minutes probably within 30 minutes after I placed the order and then received nothing else. I continue to wait for a couple hours before I tried to contact them. One phone number is to the US which a toll free number. When I call it there is no answer. There is a afghanistan 24 hour number that I called and that number was not in service. I then email the company telling them that I did not receive my paid minutes and I told them I thought this was a scam since neither phone number worked and that I was going to post a complaint on this website in 12 hours if I did not get them. They never responded back and I have now waited over 24 hours before posting this. I ended up waiting to post this because I did find on the website that it may take 24 hours to receive the minutes.

I am not saying that the following company is connected, but when I researched the fax number (1 201 302 0406) listed on the website it belongs to Fine Media & Consultancy Group in the US. and a office in Kabul, Afghanistan. I don't know what connection they may have, but there fax number was listed on TOHFA website.

What I want is to either get my money refunded or get the minutes they owe me. I did us paypal so I will be able to dispute it in 45 days and get my money back that away. Just be aware of this company and don't chance it. I have emailed them and I have not received a reposnse and their phone numbers do not work.

34 Days, no more minutes

 It has now been 34 days and no more mintues have been added. From my understanding minutes will be automatically added every month. (30-31 days). The contact numbers still do not work, and when I called AWCC they have no such transactions for me on 9/12/14. I have also sent an email and no response. My next step is to put the address that is attached on the emails I have recieved on another ripoff report so if that address is ever search it will pop up as being a scam. So if this person ever tries to sell or rent his condo he will have to explain himself. It might be best if the person that is operating this website to go ahead and give me all my minutes if they cannot fill my minutes as agreed. I will eventually turn this website and this home address over to the local police (Ponte Vedra Beach, FL) and the FBI since the address is in the United States.

 I finally got a response back from the company. They explained to me that I would get a specific amount of minutes applied every month for the next 6 months.They really should explain this on their website. I don't know why it took them so long to reply or why their phones do not work, but perhaps they will work on that. This would avoid another complaint like this one.

 I wanted to include the following address, I was trying to find it early but could not remember where I saw it. This address was attached to my email I recieved for the bonus minutes they applied to my phone.
