Tom Hastings Amanda Tyser Stole my money made promises that he couldn't keep Texas Internet

 He told me that he could get me the loan that I needed. He even sent me a picture proving he was legit. He told me that I didn't have to pay anything at all until one month after receiving the loan. Then he asked me for a one time fee that I would have to send using moneygram to a Amanda Tyser in Houston TX. He then said that I would have the loan in less than an hour. That was at 8am. At 6pm, after a long day of calling him and him not answering he told me something came up. Told me he now needed $152. Which I didn't want to send because it smelled fishy but he insisted, again, that it was a one time thing and that he promised that it wouldn't happen again. So I did, I send the money after him pushing me, and told me at 10:30am that in less than an hour I would have the transfer made. What do you know 4 hours later he was asking me for extra money saying that another fee came up. I then told him to refund me my money or I would go to the police. He said that he was insulted and there was, of course a refund fee of $41. I told him to take the $41 and send me whatever remained. He told me that I needed to send the 41$ in order for me to receive the money I sent to him, which I honestly think is ludacris when he already has my money.
